REFUND POLICY
Hammam Men's Spa — Fair & Transparent Policies
1. Overview

At Hammam Men's Spa, we strive to provide exceptional male to male massage and wellness services. We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund. This policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and credits.

As a premium men's spa in Delhi NCR since 2007, we maintain fair and transparent policies while protecting our business and therapists' time.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require minimum 4 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made more than 4 hours before appointment: No charge
  • Cancellations made less than 4 hours before appointment: 50% of service fee charged
  • No‑show (not arriving without notice): 100% of service fee charged

Note: Repeated cancellations or no‑shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

3. Refund Eligibility

Completed Services: No refunds are provided for services that have been fully or partially rendered.

Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please inform the therapist or manager immediately during your session. We will make every effort to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Service could not be completed due to therapist unavailability (Hammam's fault)
  • Double booking error on our part
  • Facility issues preventing service delivery
4. Non‑Refundable Items

The following are strictly non‑refundable:

  • Completed massage or body care treatments
  • Gift cards and vouchers (once purchased)
  • Promotional or discounted packages
  • Membership fees (if applicable)
  • Retail products once opened or used
5. Package & Prepaid Sessions

For clients who purchase multi‑session packages:

6. Late Arrival Policy

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

  • Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of the scheduled session
  • Full service fee applies regardless of shortened session time
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no‑show

No refunds or adjustments are provided for late arrivals.

7. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7‑10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Cash payments are refunded via bank transfer only
  • Processing fees (if any) are non‑refundable

Important: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or at the centre. Verbal requests are not accepted for processing.

8. Service Interruption

If a session is interrupted due to:

  • Client request to stop: Full charges apply
  • Inappropriate behaviour (as per Code of Conduct): No refund, session terminated immediately
  • Therapist unavailability / emergency: Full refund or reschedule at client's preference
  • Power outage / facility issue: Pro‑rated refund or reschedule
9. Gift Cards & Vouchers
  • Gift cards are non‑refundable once purchased
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase date
  • Unused balance remains on card until expiry
10. Promotional Offers

Special offers and discounted services:

  • Promotional rates are non‑refundable
  • Cannot be combined with other offers
  • Valid only during specified promotional period
  • No cash value or credit for unused promotional services
11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern regarding a charge or refund:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of your appointment
  • Provide your name, appointment date, and details of the concern
  • We will review and respond within 3 business days

Hammam Men's Spa reserves the right to make final determinations on all refund requests.
